Third-party models

Last updated: October 9, 2026

FlyPic Desktop can install a few optional community models made by other companies. They download directly from their publisher to your computer and run only there — FlyPic never hosts, runs or mirrors them, and they are not part of any FlyPic plan. When you install one, you accept its licence with its publisher and are responsible for following it. See Terms of Service § 6.

In plain language

  • MiniMax H3 is made by MiniMax, not FlyPic. You get it from MiniMax under their licence, and you are the licensee.
  • The licence does not cover use in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or South Korea, including use of what it makes, without separate approval from MiniMax.
  • If you use it in a commercial product, show “MiniMax H3” to your users. The free licence stops at $20M in yearly revenue.
  • Don’t use its outputs to train other AI models.
  • It runs only on your computer. FlyPic never runs it on our servers and never hosts its files.
This summary is for convenience only. The official licence at platform.minimax.io/h3-license is what applies. If you are in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom or South Korea, MiniMax requires separate approval before you use the model or its outputs.
