Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 20, 2026 · Effective: April 20, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses FlyPic. Generative AI is powerful; used carelessly or maliciously it can cause real harm to real people. This page is the line.

Zero-tolerance categories — instant account termination and, where required, a report to law enforcement: child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, content enabling imminent violence, and credible threats.

1. Strictly Prohibited Content

You may not create, upload, request, share, or attempt to generate:

1.1 Child safety

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, real or AI-generated, realistic or stylized.
  • Sexualized depictions of minors, including “aged-up” versions of real minors or fictional characters that are minors in their source material.
  • Content that grooms, exploits, endangers, or facilitates abuse of minors.

1.2 Non-consensual sexual content

  • Sexual or nude depictions of a real, identifiable person without their verifiable consent (“deepfake” porn).
  • Revenge porn, upskirts, voyeuristic imagery, or content recreated from leaked intimate media.
  • Bestiality, incest, or depictions of sexual violence presented approvingly.

1.3 Violence & threats

  • Content that incites, celebrates, or provides instructions for violence against a specific person or group.
  • Graphic gore, torture, or suffering of real people or identifiable victims of tragedies.
  • Content glorifying terrorism, mass shootings, or violent extremism, including recruitment material.

1.4 Harassment & hate

  • Targeted harassment, bullying, doxxing, or intimidation of an individual or group.
  • Content that dehumanizes or promotes violence against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or serious disease.
  • Slurs or hate symbols used to attack rather than document, educate, or critique.

1.5 Fraud, deception & political manipulation

  • Forged identity documents, passports, licenses, diplomas, bank statements, invoices, or receipts.
  • Counterfeit currency or replicas that could pass as legal tender.
  • Impersonations of real individuals (especially public figures, candidates, or election officials) designed to deceive viewers about what they said or did.
  • Content intended to mislead voters about when, where, or how to vote.
  • Phishing pages, fake login screens, fraudulent product mockups, or scam websites.

1.6 Dangerous & regulated activity

  • Operational instructions or functional schematics for weapons (firearms, explosives, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear).
  • Malware, exploits, phishing kits, or tooling designed to compromise systems.
  • Content that facilitates human trafficking, organized crime, or the sale of illegal goods.

1.7 Privacy & intellectual property

  • Unauthorized sharing of another person's private information (address, phone, financial data, biometrics, medical data).
  • Content designed to infringe a third party's copyright, trademark, trade dress, or right of publicity.
  • Uploading photographs of real people for likeness generation when you don't have their consent.

2. Restricted — Allowed Only With Care

The following are not outright banned, but come with conditions. Violating the conditions is treated as a Section 1 violation.

  • Adult content (18+). Stylized, artistic nudity of fictional adults is permitted on plans that explicitly support it, provided it is not photorealistic sexual content involving identifiable real people and is never distributed where minors may see it.
  • Likenesses of real people. Allowed for: satire/commentary clearly labeled as such, yourself, or people who have given you verifiable written consent. Not allowed for: sexual content, political disinformation, or defamation.
  • Branded content / trademarks. Allowed for parody, editorial comment, and fair-use-style contexts. Not allowed for passing off, counterfeiting, or misleading advertising.
  • Medical, legal, or financial imagery. Content is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be used to impersonate a licensed professional.
  • Historical or documentary recreations. Allowed with clear labeling that the content is AI-generated.

3. Platform & API Conduct

  • No scraping, mass-downloading other users' public content, or bulk harvesting of the feed.
  • No bypassing rate limits, safety filters, or watermarks.
  • No using the Service to train a model that competes with FlyPic.
  • No sharing API keys, reselling generation capacity without permission, or creating shell accounts to evade bans.
  • No attempting to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities outside our coordinated disclosure program.

4. Labeling AI-generated Content

When you publish content generated on FlyPic to external platforms, we strongly encourage — and in some jurisdictions the law requires — that you disclose the content is AI-generated. FlyPic Outputs include metadata markers (such as C2PA content credentials, where supported) that you should not strip or alter in order to deceive viewers.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, report it with the in-product “Report” control or email:

  • CSAM: csam@flypic.ai — we also report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: ncii@flypic.ai
  • Copyright / DMCA: see our DMCA Policy
  • All other violations: trust@flypic.ai

Reports are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We accept reports pseudonymously but may need contact information to follow up or to submit evidence to authorities. Retaliation against reporters is prohibited.

6. Enforcement

Depending on the severity, history, and context, we may:

  • Remove the offending content.
  • Warn the user or place the account in limited mode.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
  • Preserve and disclose evidence to law enforcement when required or when life safety is at risk.

First-time, good-faith violations of restricted (Section 2) rules may be handled with education. Violations of Section 1 are not subject to warnings.

7. Appeals

If your account or content is actioned and you believe it was in error, you may appeal within 30 days by emailing appeals@flypic.aiwith your account email, the content ID or screenshot, and the reason you believe the decision was wrong. Appeals are reviewed by a Trust & Safety lead who was not part of the original decision.

8. Changes

AI capabilities evolve quickly, and so do the harms we need to prevent. We may update this AUP to cover new situations. Material changes will be announced on this page; continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
