FlyPic Desktop runs local models — including Motion Swap — on your computer. Your hardware, no provider keys, nothing to pay per generation.

Beta — unsigned builds. Expect rough edges. Your OS may warn that the app is from an unidentified developer. Nothing is uploaded unless you connect your FlyPic account.

Motion Swap, SDXL and FLUX.2 Klein through a local ComfyUI the app sets up for you. Optional community models install under their own licence.

No per-run cost

Local jobs cost nothing per generation — no credits and no FlyPic markup.

BYOK, no keys needed

Local models need no provider key. Connect your FlyPic account to run flypic.ai jobs on your machine.

Before you start

  1. Install ComfyUI Desktop and open it once — FlyPic finds it and downloads the models it needs.
  2. NVIDIA GPU recommended: 8 GB+ VRAM for images, 20 GB+ for video and Motion Swap.
  3. To run your flypic.ai jobs locally, open Settings → Connect FlyPic in the app and sign in with your Pro account.
