How profit is calculated

Net profit = payment − payment-processor fees − refunds/chargebacks − FlyPic’s AI provider cost for that customer’s billing period

• Processor fees: the fee Whop reports for the payment, or 2.7% + $0.30 when it isn’t reported.
• Refunds / chargebacks: subtracted when they happen — your commission is reduced or reversed, and a paid-out amount is deducted from your next payout.
• AI provider cost: what FlyPic actually paid for that customer’s generations on our platform key during the billing period. Customers on their own AI keys cost $0.
• Profit never goes below $0, and commission is held 7 days before you can withdraw it.
